Pre-ordered bulbs ship together in the delivery window shown on the product and your order confirmation — typically September-October, when bulbs should be planted. You'll get an email when the window opens, and tracking when the parcel ships.

Regular orders are reserved at ordering and charged when we ship. For pre-orders you choose at checkout: pay right away with a 2% discount — or receive a payment link by email (and SMS) about 14 days before the bulbs ship in autumn.

GLS parcel shop is 39 kr. and PostNord home delivery 59 kr. Orders over 699 kr. get free GLS parcel-shop delivery.

Dry, cool and dark — a shed or garage works well. Avoid plastic bags and direct sun. Plant as soon as possible, at latest a couple of weeks after arrival.

Rule of thumb: 2-3 times the bulb's height — for most tulips 12-15 cm deep, 8-10 cm apart, pointy end up. See the planting facts on each product for exact figures.

Our rewards programme: signed-in customers earn 5% of the item total as points when the order ships (1 point = 1 kr.), redeemable as a discount at checkout from 25 points. Points are valid for 24 months and are reversed if a purchase is refunded or cancelled.

Yes — you can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch, free of charge. Just send your order number to hej@loegbiksen.dk or via the chat.
