Right of withdrawal
14 days — from the day you receive the goods
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. For pre-orders it therefore starts at the autumn delivery — not when you place the order. You can of course also cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch, free of charge.
How to withdraw
Notify us before the deadline at hej@loegbiksen.dk — include your order number and that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You may use the standard withdrawal form from the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, but it isn't required. You then have 14 days to return the goods to our address. You pay the return shipping.
Condition of the goods — important for bulbs
Flower bulbs are perishable natural products. You may inspect the bag as you would in a physical shop, but if the seal/bag is broken the bulbs deteriorate, and we may deduct the loss of value from the refund — in practice, opened bulb bags cannot be returned. Unopened bags are refunded in full.
Refunds
We refund the amount including the cheapest delivery option no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice — though we may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back or proof of return shipment. The refund goes to the payment method used for the purchase.
