Terms & conditions

General

These terms apply to purchases at løgbiksen.dk, operated by Løgbiksen, CVR 34962103, Denmark ("we"). Contracts are concluded in Danish or English. (Launch draft — legally reviewed before go-live.)

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a certified payment provider (QuickPay). The amount is reserved at ordering and only captured when your order ships — including pre-orders.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, the expected delivery window is clearly shown on the product, in the cart, at checkout and on your order confirmation. Weather and harvest can occasionally shift the window; we always notify you by email, and you may cancel a delayed pre-order free of charge.

Delivery

We deliver within Denmark with GLS and PostNord — see the Delivery page for rates and times. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — see the Right of withdrawal page for full instructions. Note that bulbs are perishable natural products: bags must be returned unopened.

Complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act gives you 24 months to complain about defects. If something is wrong with your bulbs, contact us with photos and your order number and we'll find a solution.

Dispute resolution

If you wish to complain, contact us first at hej@loegbiksen.dk. If we can't resolve it together, you can complain to the Danish Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk), or use the EU Commission's online dispute platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
