Data controller

What data do we process?
For purchases: name, address, email, phone number and order history — to deliver your order (performance of contract) and to meet Danish bookkeeping rules (kept for 5 years). Card details are handled exclusively by our payment acquirer and never touch our servers. With an account: your profile data and Løgpoint balance, until you delete the account.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address based on your consent (double opt-in). The time of consent is stored. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Sending is handled by MailerLite as our data processor.
Reviews (Trustpilot)
Once your order has been delivered, we ask you for a review on Trustpilot. To do so we share your name, email address and order number with Trustpilot A/S, which sends you the invitation — this makes your review a verified purchase review. This is based on our legitimate interest in getting feedback on our products and service, and the invitation contains no marketing. You can object at any time by writing to us, and we won't send the invitation. Trustpilot's own processing is described in their privacy policy at trustpilot.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing/support (chat and the Trustpilot review box) — but only after your consent in the cookie banner, using Consent Mode v2. Necessary cookies (cart, login, consent choice) are always set. If you arrive from an ad or campaign, we store the campaign name and click id (e.g. utm_campaign, fbclid) in the lb_ads_attr cookie for up to 30 days — only with statistics or marketing consent — so we can see which ads lead to purchases. It is linked to your order without your name or contact details. Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to kd.neskibgol@jeh and we'll respond as soon as possible, at the latest within a month. You may complain to the Danish DPA, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby (datatilsynet.dk).
