Data controller
Løgbiksen, CVR 34962103, is the data controller for personal data processed on løgbiksen.dk. Contact: hej@loegbiksen.dk. (Draft — reviewed before launch.)
What data do we process?
For purchases: name, address, email, phone number and order history — to deliver your order (performance of contract) and to meet Danish bookkeeping rules (kept for 5 years). Card details are handled exclusively by our payment acquirer and never touch our servers. With an account: your profile data and Løgpoint balance, until you delete the account.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address based on your consent (double opt-in). The time of consent is stored. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Sending is handled by MailerLite as our data processor.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing/support (chat) — but only after your consent in the cookie banner, using Consent Mode v2. Necessary cookies (cart, login, consent choice) are always set. Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to hej@loegbiksen.dk and we'll respond as soon as possible, at the latest within a month. You may complain to the Danish DPA, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby (datatilsynet.dk).
