From the celebrated Impression series of Darwin hybrids: gigantic, egg-shaped blooms in soft salmon and apricot tones that shift with the light. Sturdy 55 cm stems, flowering in April. Plant 15 cm deep in full sun and it returns reliably year after year. Magnificent in large groups and as a cut flower.

Plant the bulbs in autumn (September–November) before the frost arrives. Set them pointy end up in well-drained soil — as a rule of thumb 2-3 times the bulb's height deep. Water after planting, then let nature do the rest. After flowering, let the foliage die down completely before removing it so the bulb can recharge for next year.
