A mutation of the giant 'Pink Impression' with equally huge blooms: bright pink deepening towards the edge with a hint of salmon, showing a beautiful flame early in flowering. Long, sturdy stems around 55 cm make it a superb cut flower. Flowers in April; plant 15 cm deep in full sun for a reliably perennial display.

Plant the bulbs in autumn (September–November) before the frost arrives. Set them pointy end up in well-drained soil — as a rule of thumb 2-3 times the bulb's height deep. Water after planting, then let nature do the rest. After flowering, let the foliage die down completely before removing it so the bulb can recharge for next year.
