An exclusive fringed tulip in deep dark pink verging on fuchsia — a colour with real presence against fresh spring green. Large blooms with finely fringed petal edges on stiff, dependable stems of about 45 cm, flowering in May. Superb as an exclusive cut flower and at home in romantic cottage-style borders. Plant 12 cm deep in full sun.

Plant the bulbs in autumn (September–November) before the frost arrives. Set them pointy end up in well-drained soil — as a rule of thumb 2-3 times the bulb's height deep. Water after planting, then let nature do the rest. After flowering, let the foliage die down completely before removing it so the bulb can recharge for next year.
